Information you submit

Project and demo forms may collect your name, email address, organization, website, phone number when provided, project type, timing, budget context, design choices, selected goals, and any notes you choose to share.

Current-site demo imports

If you ask the demo tool to review an existing website, it retrieves publicly available pages from the website address you provide. It does not sign into private areas or use credentials. The tool may inspect public page text, navigation, headings, selected images, colors, fonts, and other design signals to build a redesign direction.

AI-assisted concept features

The website-concept tool may use Google Gemini to analyze public website context and recommend a design strategy. The displayed concept is then assembled from a controlled set of website components rather than allowing the AI to publish arbitrary code. The concept workflow is designed to send website context and design inputs rather than your name or email address. It is for design exploration and is not presented as a factual record of future results.

Saved concept links

If you choose to save or share a website concept, the site creates an unlisted link protected by a long random token rather than a public directory or search listing. Anyone who receives that URL can view the concept, so treat the link as shareable. Saved concepts expire after 180 days and are marked so search engines should not index or archive them.

How submitted information is used

Information you submit is used to review your request, respond to you, prepare relevant project or demo follow-up, understand which website direction you selected, and manage the resulting business conversation.

Storage and service providers

Submitted form information is stored using Supabase. The website is hosted on Vercel. When email notifications are configured, a notification may also be sent through Resend. AI-assisted demo features may use configured Google Gemini services for the specific analysis or generation described above.

Browser preferences and analytics

The light or dark theme you choose is stored in your browser so the site can remember that preference. The site does not currently use a separate behavioral analytics or advertising tracker. Referral and campaign parameters may be saved with an inquiry when they are present in the page URL so I can understand how a submitted lead reached the site.

Abuse and cost protection

The concept system uses a temporary one-way technical identifier derived from connection and browser information to limit repeated AI requests and control operating cost. The raw IP address is not stored in the demo-usage table, and old usage records are automatically discarded as the budget window expires.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry and demo information may be retained as needed to respond, keep project records, and manage follow-up. If you want information you submitted through this website corrected or deleted, use the contact form and say that your message is about privacy or personal data.

Security

The site uses reasonable technical controls to limit access and reduce abuse, including protected administrative areas and validation on public form and demo endpoints. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
