Come any evening after 7 PM, or call our line anytime and a staff member will answer.
Meet your case manager
Within 48 hours, we sit down and map your next steps together.

We help with applications, deposits and the first months in your own place.
Good questions, honest answers
Do I need ID or a referral?
No. Come as you are. We can help you replace lost ID after you arrive.
Can I stay with my partner or pet?
Couples are placed in the family wing when space allows. Service animals are always welcome, and we partner with a kennel for pets.
Do I have to attend a service?
Never. Chapel is optional and open to all.
How long can I stay?
Stays begin at 30 nights and extend while you are working your plan with a case manager.
