Questions
What people ask us
Will this affect my insurance claim?
No. Tarping is what insurers call mitigation, and it usually helps your claim. We photograph everything before we touch it and give you copies.
Do I have to be a member of a church?
No. Many of our crews come from churches, but we help everyone and nobody will preach at you.
How long is the wait?
After a big storm, a tarp can take up to ten days. Seniors, people with disabilities and homes with babies go first.
What if I'm not in Lake Charles?
We cover Calcasieu, Cameron, Beauregard, Jeff Davis and Allen parishes. Outside that, call us and we'll pass you to the network nearest you.
