  3. Join when ready

Attend a group, begin one-on-one care or just visit. You choose the pace.

Questions

Good questions, honest answers

Is this a treatment program?

No. We offer peer support and companionship, and we refer to professionals when needed.

Is it confidential?

Yes. We do not share names or stories, and we ask everyone in the room to agree to the same.

Do I have to be religious?

No. Faith is part of our culture, but it is never a requirement.

What if I relapse?

Come back. Nobody counts days here as a measure of worth.
