Campus Fire / About

We are not a club. We are a crew.

Campus Fire started with four students and a borrowed classroom. It now spans twelve campuses and hundreds of friendships.

Our story

Four students, one borrowed room

In 2013, a sophomore named Jamal Reeves invited three friends to pray in an empty classroom on Thursday nights. They brought Doritos and a speaker. By the end of the semester, 40 showed up.

What drew people was not the programming. It was the sense that someone saved you a seat. Students invited roommates, classmates and lab partners. The room outgrew itself twice.

Today Campus Fire serves students at twelve schools, with staff, alumni mentors and student leaders who care more about friendship than performance.
